Banting "Garlict" Naans

Ingredients

Bread:

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped coriander

Basting:

  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c
  2. Combine all the bread ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal balls. Place the balls onto a baking sheet and flatten.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to rest while making the basting.
  6. Melt the butter in a saucepan with the garlic and salt.
  7. Using a brush apply the basting onto the bread.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Makes 4 servings.
